New Launch: This new bus service was launched on
the 14 December 2013, serving the residents of Taman Jurong and Jurong West.

Earlier
yesterday, SBS Transit added a new bus service under the government’s Bus
Service Enhancement Program that will make travelling easier from Taman Jurong.
The bus loops at Jurong West, however, passengers cannot alight at the
terminal. Along the way, the bus will also pass by Lakeside MRT station where commuters
will be able to switch to a train to continue their journey outside of the
Jurong area.
Did You Know?
In
conjunction with the launch, free bus rides were provided for commuters till
15/12/2013 for Service 49.

Launch Special: Commuters were given two days of free
bus rides for the new service. This allows commuters to get new first-hand
experience and familiarize themselves with the new route without having to pay
