Foldable Seat in SMRT Buses

Hidden Seat: The space may be reserved for wheelchair bound passengers, but there is actually a foldable seat that could be used when the space is not occupied. Photo credit: Elgin Chong
Today, there are many different models of buses that are used by SMRT for its bus services. The newer models mostly emphasize on having more standing room. Once in a while, it may get frustrating for us when we are unable to get a seat on a bus ride.

Did You Know?
SMRT’s newer buses most likely have a seat that many of us are not aware of! All you need to do is to turn over the foldable seat near the wheelchair area. Then, you and a friend will no longer need to stand throughout your journey. Unless, the space is needed for a wheelchair bound passenger.

Oh! The colour of the seat that is posted above is also different than the usual blue and purple as this is the first bus of its model (Citaro) in Singapore!
